Custom work is routine for us.

Our speciality is to create packaging on the basis of your briefing.

Do you already have a sketch? Perfect. Then we can use that to start work right away: your design will quickly become reality.

No sketch yet? Then our specialists will take a close look at your product and your goal.

1. We design your packaging on the basis of an in-depth analysis of product, transport and objective. The start: a technical drawing of the design. This is immediately created in a 3D CAD program.

   We don't create sketches that only specialists can understand. An illustrative 3-D film will quickly give you and your employees a clear picture of the end product. So everyone will always know what he or she is talking about. This will avoid a lot of misunderstandings and corrections for all concerned.

   

2. Do you approve of the design? Then you can have a prototype mould made. Prototypes will give you a very good picture of the end product.

3. In the following step, we make the production mould. All our moulds are made directly on one of our six CNC milling cutters. So you kill two birds with one stone: guaranteed precision and short delivery time.

4. If necessary, we also create welding tooling or other especially adapted production tools.

5. And then the big moment: a zero series of your brand-new packaging is now reality.
